The following Action groups provide support to Edmund Rice Camps Staff and the Advisory Board. The Advisory Board is a decision making team made up of the Co-ordinator, the Assistant Coordinator, a representative from the OLT and Edmund Rice Network, and appointed members.
The role of action groups is:

to give camps a larger idea and energy base |
|
encourage ownership of part of the organisation |
|
take responsibility for organising and planning ways to improve camps |
|
focus on specific issues and problems |
|
get more people involved in the organisation and decision making process |
|
communicate, negotiate, initiate, delegate, evaluate |
|
enhance and foster a sense of community with the Edmund Rice Camp movement |
